Series 4:  20 August - 29 September 2023
Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed & Thur 9 - 9.30pm
Fri 8 - 9pm with some discourse + Q&A.

Each series is independent of the others. You can join series 3 even if you haven't attended the previous ones.


Would you like some help finding balance and a sense of self, so you can be the best for your family, your workplace, and everyone around you, growing your inner divinity, and becoming an embodiment of wisdom and goodness?

Join the 9 PM meditation course in and invite quiet and peace into your evenings and sleep, after your evening duties and routines are completed, so that you can delve into the meditation unbothered and then move from the meditation peacefully to bed for a good night's sleep. You will wake up in the morning deeply refreshed and eager to start your day.

 

Series 4: 20 August - 29 September 
This courses is focusing on the chakras. By the end of the 6 weeks you will be able to:
  • Feel and understand the function of the main chakras in the human body.
  • Guide your awareness through the Chakras, purifying them and becoming free from problems and worries
  • Purify your inner qualities and through cultivating the wisdom and goodness of the heart you will embody the feeling of oneness with the Divine.

In total we are offering four series of 6 weeks for you to progress gradually through the various techniques of levels 1-6 Yoga in Daily Life. Each series is independent of the others and you can join in any series. Your teachers are in constant communication with you, answering your questions, and inspiring and supporting your progress.
