Join the 9 PM meditation course in and invite quiet and peace into your evenings and sleep, after your evening duties and routines are completed, so that you can delve into the meditation unbothered and then move from the meditation peacefully to bed for a good night's sleep. You will wake up in the morning deeply refreshed and eager to start your day.

In total we are offering four series of 6 weeks for you to progress gradually through the various techniques of levels 1-6 Yoga in Daily Life. Each series is independent of the others and you can join in any series. Your teachers are in constant communication with you, answering your questions, and inspiring and supporting your progress.
