Enjoy an extended yoga practice designed to nourish practitioners of all levels. 


Profits from this event will go to support a local charity (if you have a suggestion of which charity we are keen to hear it). 


This thoughtfully paced session will focus on gently releasing physical and mental tension while cultivating strength, ease and overall balance. Through mindful movement, accessible postures, breathwork and relaxation, you’ll be guided to explore what balance means for your body, mind and nervous system at your own pace.

 

Expect a nurturing and spacious practice that leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed and more at ease followed by a nourishing vegan dinner with yoga friends, all included in the price.

 

Date: Monday 8 June public holiday

Time: 4:15 - 6:15pm practice followed by dinner

Cost: $60 + an option for an extra donation

Venue: Richmond Library Community Hall, 415 Church St Richmond


Bring your yoga mat, cushion & something to cover the body for relaxation.

Train: to East Richmond Station
Trams: 70 along Swan St or 78 Church St
Car: Sunday parking restrictions rules for the public holiday means a lot of unlimited parking.  It is generally less busy with it being a public holiday.
