Join us for a transformative workshop that combines yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and promote overall well-being. We will guide you through a series of gentle movements and mindfulness practices designed to release tension and cultivate inner peace.

- the role of Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous system
- how to move from stress debilitating mindset to a stress enhancing mind set
- the impact of tolerable and toxic stress on the body
- stress reducing diet
