Utilising the energy of Spring, it is the perfect season for a gentle cleanse that will support health of the body and wellness of the mind.


This workshop is for anyone who would like a seasonal reset for body, energy and mind. Gain understanding and tools to be able to do a 1 day or 3 day or week long cleanse.

 

This workshop includes: 

  •  a yoga & pranayama class focussing on this topic.

  • demonstration & practice of hatha yoga cleansing kriyas - nauli and jala neti

  • cooking demonstration of the the perfect yogic cleanse dish that is satisfying, nutritious and yum. Then we'll eat it :) 

  • social chai

  • yoga nidra

  • take home cleanse kit (includes a neti pot, recipe, ingredients)
