Life is an unpredictable journey for all of us with death being the ultimate unknown . In this modern 21st century world, we are witnessing a growing carelessness about the phenomenon of death, as well as a deep spiritual ignorance about its meaning. Some sees death as an ending and others as a beginning. For some it is a tragedy, a loss from which they may never recover. For others, death is a transformation, an opportunity to make a change in their life for the better. In this workshop, we will explore the Yogic perspective of life, death, afterlife, law of Karma and reincarnation.
This workshop is indeed unique with the aim to address a very important gap in our modern times: the spiritual preparation for death, one of life’s greatest passages. We will look at the philosophy of Karma, types of reincarnations, liberation while being alive, what to do at the time of death and the journey of a soul.
The purpose of the workshop is to help you transform fear into faith, to answer questions and to enhance mindfulness to prepare for death during this lifetime using methods from the teachings of Yoga.
